To control our instruments and to analyze the results from flow cytometry measurements we develop our own software: CytoUSB and CytoClus. These packages are designed for control of the instrument, automated measurements, data analysis and classification. They are in constant development, and can be tuned to fit your needs perfectly.
CytoClus is a software package especially designed and developed to process and analyze data from the CytoBuoy instruments. It's main functions include:

Easyclus© is commercially available flow cytometric data analysis software, developed by Thomas Rutten. It works especially well with CytoSense flow cytometers, and is recommended by CytoBuoy. It's working in a Matlab® environment to perform automatic clustering, autodatabasing and classification of clusters on basis of a database. Images of algae made during the flowcytometric analysis are used to validate the results. Typical bioindicators describe the ecological status of the water.
Easyclus© is based on years of experience with handling large amounts of flow cytometric monitoring data. A lot of research, further improvement and development of new algorithms have been acquired to process multivariate flow cytometric datasets automatically and efficiently.
